Stronger Economies Together (SET)

The Southeastern New Mexico Economic Development District (SNMEDD) and the Eastern Plains Council of Governments (EPCOG) have jointly applied and have been awarded Stronger Economies Together (SET) funding.  The purpose of the application is to develop a Regional Economic Development Plan for the rural counties of Chaves, Eddy, Lea, Curry and Roosevelt Counties. The SET Core Team consists of SNMEDD, EPCOG, the Cooperative Extension Service of New Mexico State University (NMSU – Las Cruces) and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) – Rural Development.
